Description
After a brilliant first ever Heartful Harmonies camp last year, we (Katy Rose Bennett and Rosie Sleightholme) are delighted to be running another full weekend of a cappella singing in the beautiful surrounds of Camp Plas, Dolanog in Mid-Wales (near Welshpool). Spaces are limited to 60, so this is a small but perfectly formed camp (and sold out quickly last year, so do book in time!). If you're not into camping, you can stay elsewhere and just pay for the singing.
We are both experienced singers, songwriters and community choir leaders and we love getting people singing in sweet a cappella harmony.

** Please note that this year, a 5% platform fee per individual ticket has been added by our ticketing provider (sorry!). On a full ticket this equates to £6, so you'll be paying £126 in total per ticket, and less for the other tickets depending what you buy.
The weekend
For this weekend, we’ll be sharing our own original songs and, as Natural Voice Network leaders, we teach by ear. There’s no need to read music or to have had any previous singing experience. All ages and abilities welcome. Any under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Children 12 and under go free. Children 13-18 need a £50 ticket.
You can camp in your own tent or campervan (if you're coming for all the singing and camping in your own tent or van, the full price [£120] is per person, even if you're sharing a tent or van).
If camping is not your thing, you can buy a singing only ticket and stay elsewhere. You can also just come for the day on Saturday for the singing workshop without camping, or you can stay nearby and just pay for 'All the singing' (Fri night, Sat day and Sun morning).

Venue
We’ll be singing in Barney’s Barn - a big, resonant, sheltered space with one side open to the gorgeous views across Camp Plas.
Camp Plas is nestled in the Welsh countryside surrounded by hills, trees and the River Vyrnwy - there’s a lovely swimming spot accessed from the camp site.

Timings
Friday 26th September
Arrive any time from 5pm, pitch your tent, eat.
8pm: Evening sing in the barn led by Katy & Rosie. Camp fire (weather-permitting).
Sat 27th September
9am: Morning swim in the river (optional)
10.15am: Gather!
10.30am-1pm: Singing (with a mid-morning tea break)
1-2pm: Lunch - BYO.
2-4.30pm: Singing (with mid-afternoon break)
Evening: Eat dinner together (BYO) & informal singing round the campfire (weather-permitting)
Sunday 28th September
9am: Morning swim in the river (optional)
10.15am: Gather!
10.30am-1.30pm: Singing (with a break to pack up tents etc)

What is your refund policy?
If you find you can't attend there are several options.
- If more than 30 days before the weekend:
- We can give you a full refund (minus the platform fee you paid when you booked).
- You can transfer your entire ticket to a friend and let us know their name and what camping option they are doing.
- If less than 1 month before the weekend:
- At our discretion, depending on our ticket sales, we may give you a 100% refund (minus the platform fee you paid when you booked) or a 50% refund.
- You can transfer your entire ticket to a friend and let us know their name and what camping option they are doing.
- If less than 1 week before the weekend:
- At our discretion, and depending on ticket sales, if we can't easily fill your space we reserve the right to retain the full workshop amount with no refund.
- You can transfer your entire ticket to a friend and let us know their name and what camping option they are doing.
- If we need to cancel the event for any reason:
- We will give you as much notice as possible and will give you a full refund (minus the platform fee you paid when you booked).
